Total Transformation

We are so excited to announce that we've graduated from Foot Zoning Class! After 180 hours and 9 months of hard work, homework, and practice, we've become certified. :) How Foot Zoning Works is a video that our instructor put together in order to more fully explain what foot zoning is. We love it, because it is such a holistic approach to health and wellness in a very natural, non threatening way to the body. There have been countless miracles and healing done through the zone. We are so glad we get to share it with our friends, family, and those in need.
Another big thing that has happened in our lives is, Ted purchased a BioScan machine that scans the body's electrical system and finds what your body needs to help it gain balance, heal, and fulfill wellness. It is an incredible tool that has already helped so many people (myself included). For the last month, I haven't been able to sleep well, even when Hesston is asleep. I wake up, and can't get back to sleep during the night, and during the day I am sleepy, but too busy with Hesston to take a nap. So, Ted did a scan (you hold a hand cradle and it scans your body), and found out that I needed some B vitamins during the day, a diet change, some therapies to relax and balance my body, and then I would feel better. So, I've done what it recommended, and I am sleeping through the night. Even when Hesston gets up a couple times a night to feed, I wake up, then go right back to sleep when he is done. My body feels a thousand times better, and my brain is actually functioning right again. Ha ha...Ted thought I was pregnant again and had me take a pregnancy test because I was going crazy like I did when I got pregnant. Anyway, my testimony is one of thousands. Another really neat thing about the scan is that, it can be done remotely. It is a great healing tool, and people are seeing it in their own lives. We are so happy to be helping people from everywhere feel better.
Well, I'm sure a lot of people are blown away by our big shift in our lives. I mean, going from retail sales to healing is quite a big jump. But, it has been a slow transformation over the last year and a half as we've been leaning on God to show us where we should go in our lives. It is incredible how the Lord loves all His children so much, and He wants us to be happy and healthy. He gives us these tools to help His children and we become His servants. We feel extremely blessed and humbled to be entrusted with these tools, and hope to help people everywhere. Thank you to everyone who has helped us on this journey. Favorite time of year...the Holidays with family and friends

 We took our christmas photos early this year because we are so excited about actually being able to send out christmas photos. Steve (my step dad) has an awesome camera, so we took photos a couple days after thanksgiving at our house. I have to thank Pintrest for the first two photo ideas.

 Hesston did such a good job with the photos. He isn't usually super smiley, but for the photos, he kept smiling and smiling. So cute!

 We took Hesston on his first trip to Utah to go see some of my Nauvoo roommates. We wish Miriam could've made it, but she already had other obligations. But, it was awesome seeing Anna and Katie. We ate at Cheesecake Factory (yum) and walked around City Creek Mall. It was really nice!

 We graduated from Foot Zoning Training. After 180 hours and 9 months, we have graduated from Foot Zoning School. These are our fellow foot zoners. LaRee Wray, Kayleen Parke, Cassi Stucki, Beverly, Ted, Bree, Sabrina, Heather Markham, Dina Jensen, Kelly Ballard, Me, and Demi.

 Zach and Jenn got married on November 10th, a day before our wedding anniversary, in the Oakland Temple. Rolland was able to make the wedding reception  in Ammon, Idaho. Rolland is quite a legacy for the Romrell Family at 90 years old. We love Jenn! She is a perfect addition to the Garling Family. Zach and Jenn make the cutest couple...so in love. :)

 Me and Ted at our Young Women Evening in Excellence, You Were Born a Star. We had red carpet and everything! The girls dressed up in formals, and we had them walk the red carpet with their family/friends. It was a blast. Got lots of cute pictures. And, it is true, all the girls were born stars. They are amazing! Okay, this dress, I have to be proud of myself for a moment. It is a size 4, and I haven't worn it for 5 years. I was only 115 pounds last time I wore it. This time, I am 125, and only 4 1/2 months after having a baby. But, I am proud of myself for fitting into it. It was tight around the chest region (thanks to breastfeeding), but it was good every where else. So happy I am down to my pre-pregnancy weight. Hope all my other children wear the pounds off like Hesston does to me. He is one super busy baby!!! If you've read "The Child Whisperer" by Carol Tuttle, you will understand what I mean by, He is a Type 3. Busy busy busy.

 We dressed Hesston up in a cute suit that Grandma Garling bought him for Zach and Jenn's wedding. He looked so handsome! Now we have a nice outfit for special occasions.

 Ted bought this Thanksgiving Turkey outfit for Hesston and he wore it on Thanksgiving. :)

What We've Been Up To

This photo just warms my heart. Love how tiny Hesston is compared to his big papa. Hesston is about a month old here. And, who knew sleep was so important? We think the reason people have kids when their younger is because they can survive on lack of sleep. For us, we're a little older and need more sleep. It makes for sleeping anytime and anywhere we can. Like this...for example.

 Those eyes can see into your soul. Hesston can focus his eyes really well, and follow objects. Yeah! He is growing so fast!

 Took him out for a ride in the semi truck with Grandma during harvest. We went for a few runs up to General Mills to drop off grain. He slept the whole time.

 Hesston's first smile I caught on camera. He's been smiling for a long time, but he began smiling a lot once he hit the 8 weeks mark. Now he smiles for me every time I go to pick him up...almost.

 He fell asleep so cute. I had to take a picture.

 Finally got him to take a nap in our bed. He usually will only sleep in his crib, my arms, or his bouncer seat. This is a rare occasion.

 We had to put down my best friend, Cactus Buck Prom, this last week. It was such a sad day...week...I miss her so much. She had really bad cancer (about 150 pounds on her body). She was starting to get weak, and the cancer was breaking apart and the flies were attacking the open sores, so we decided to let her go to heaven with my daddy. She was an amazing horse that taught me so much. She got me through all the hard times in my life. Too bad she couldn't stick around and raise my children on her back too. Guess that will pass onto her babies, Sparkle and Pistol.

 Took Hesston for his first tractor ride yesterday. He did great! Grandma Hales was plowing, so we decided to go for a ride with her. Yes, he slept through most of it, even over the big bumps.

 Love that cute sleepy face. It is always a miracle when I get him to sleep.

Hesston likes to blow bubbles. Another one of his many accomplishments. He has found his voice, and the other day he was laughing and a little squeak came out. It scared him and he stopped laughing, but it sure was cute.

Here's the latest smile I got out of him. He is sooo cute. As you can see, my life revolves around this little human being.

Ted bought me (us) this big Ford pickup. It is insane, and when I say insane, I mean it! It was a show truck for a performance place up in Rexburg, so it has pretty much everything that can be done to a truck, on it. There are over $85,000 in upgrades (I would list them, but it is crazy). All I can say is, the thing is fast, and it can pull our trailer like a dream. The exhaust sounds so good, and has an awesome sound system in it. Hesston will be spoiled, because it has a DVD player in it too. There I go...starting to list them. Well, it is nice. Way nice. Now we have a sweet pulling machine for our trailer.

Towing our trailer out for our first camping trip with Hesston. All I can say is, Hesston did great! Now we know he can sleep anywhere, which means, more camping trips before it gets too cold! :)

That's all we do...hang out in the tractors, trucks, camping trailer, and house. Hesston is really good in public, so we go to a lot of dinners and such. But, life is pretty simple. As long as Hesston is happy, so are we. When he goes to bed before midnight, it is a party at the Garling house. :)
