Team Work

As most of you know (who have been out to my mom's house), we have a pasture for our horses that is about 20 acres...well, we cut and bailed the grass so that we can have some feed for our horses in the winter. We bailed with a small baler so that the bales are easier to feed and move around than the 3/4 ton bales. Anyway, Morgan, Adam, my mom, me, Ted, Ted's little brother and sister (Jon and Lissa) all went out at 5:00 in the morning to haul in these bales. We load the flat-bed trailer in the field and then stack the bales in the barn. We had over 400 bales, each weighing between 60-100 pounds, and with moving them twice, it was quite the workout! We were hauling it in till about noon. It got really hot later in the day, and we were all worn out. I am glad that Jon and Lissa came down to help, because that made it go a lot faster. Jon worked so hard! Thanks you all for helping so much! We love you!
