This week has been so crazy! So, we finally moved back into our house yesterday! It has been so busy, because Ted is at work everyday all day, so I am home trying to keep up on everything along with trying to keep up with my mom and then move in. I can't believe how busy this week has been and how quickly it has went by! So, on Thursday, my mom and I went to a Farm Auction and we bought a bailer. We thought that we would be able to get it home no problem with the half ton pick up, but it was too heavy. So, we called Adam at college and had to have him go home and get the Duramax and come over to the farm sale and tow it home. Well, we bought the bailer to around 2:00 pm. Then, it took Adam until 5 to get out of a group project, he finally got to us at 8:30 pm. By then it was dark, and we were trying to get the tougne on the bailer to move to the middle so we could tow it home, and that didn't work. So we kept trying until 10:30 pm. Finally we gave up and just started on our way home (with the pickup and bailer, we were wider than the lane, so going down the 2-lane highway was so scary!). By the time we got into town (the farm was about 15 miles out of town), we puller over to check everything before we went on the freeway, and the right tire on the bailer was hot and most of the tread had worn off in that 15 miles! So, we debated for a while and decided we would just leave it at a equipment dealership there. We got it unhooked and drove home. We didn't get home until 12:30 am. Then, we talked until 1:30 am about what we should do now. Well, the next day (friday), we called over to the dealership and asked them to fix the tougne on it, and the tire. They called us back later in the day and said that when they went to pull the bailer into their shop, the tire blew. It blew a hole in the sidewall, so we were literally within driving 100 feet from having the tire blow on us! Luckily, we didn't try to bring it all the way home on Thursday night. We are hoping that we can get the bailer home soon one way or another! So, that was quite the eventful day. We also saw a lot of people at the auction we knew, including some friends from where we lived before we moved. It was fun!
Yesterday, we moved all our furniture back into the rooms where they were in our house. We had to move them because we replaced the carpets and flooring in our home. It has been quite the process, and we still need to get baseboard up. We have to paint it first and then nail it down. I never knew that remodeling a home took so much work and time! I have a greater appreciation for those people who are in that profession. Well, I had best get going! I have to get ready because one of my close friends is getting sealed in the temple today! Yeah! :)

Gee Kaylee that sounds like quite the deal. Kyle said that he saw you and your mom at the auction. I bet your house looks so good though! So exciting. Katie and I are starting a tradition where we have lunch together every Thursday- wish you were closer so you could come too. Try not to blow any more tires :)
